This might be the most memorable personal photography project that I have accomplished till now. The journey into this mysterious region in 2015 captured some of the first photos that I took with a camera. Fighting with the merciless nature and experiencing the heart-warming culture. And the second journey in 2021 allowed me to unleash my creativity and fully fall in love with this "isolated" & charming region. The photos presented here are not uniformly edited for a consistent look. They rather introduce you to the various perspectives of Ganan, in the northern Tibetan Plateau.
